Making significant changes to your life starts with one simple thing;
The decision to change.
It doesn’t matter how many fitness influencers you follow, how many fitness magazines you read, if you sign up for a gym membership or if you stock up on protein shakes. Those things are all entirely irrelevant, without the decision to change.
That decision requires daily commitment.
The daily commitment of waking up each day and saying to yourself ‘today I am going to do my best’
The daily commitment of talking to yourself in every situation about the decision you are about to make.
The daily commitment of getting it done, even when you aren’t motivated.
The daily commitment to overcoming barriers.
The daily commitment of showing up for yourself.

and refer back to that decision in every situation, every day.
